How to make drink of grapefruit.
 Take a yellow grapefruit.peal it off.take half grapefruit and put  it in blender. With half glass of water and small quantity of mint and a pinch of black paper.Now blend it for 3 mint.now stair it and drink it..you can use it before breakfast or 11 a.m in the morning It is a weight lose drink.   As excess of every thing is bad so donot take more than one glass in a day.Excess of use can reduce calcium from your body.
