How to weight lose by planning

 Every 8 person out of 10 are worried about their weight problem.You can solve your problem by a sufficient planning not dieting nor fasting..

1- Eat a balance diet mean use of calories is much important for your planning.Sugar  oil and roasted things are caused by weight increasing.So take fruits like juicery   fruits  and vegetables in your daily routine..

2- Avoid  your self from sugar and try to drink water as you can drink is a good for your planning.

3- Eat  nets but in a small quantity and floor things just one in a day.Donot eat meal with heavy  quality eat less than your hunger you can take meals 3 to 4 times in a day but in small quantities.


4- walking is very good for weight lose  you should walk at your home .Don't sit in the home movement is a great thing for lose of calories.

5- Don't take  mental stress for any things.Every thing will be better in a specific time,so live a easy life  and be happy.
