How to lose weight by green tea???

 What,s good every body knows?? No!because we always apply some diet plan which we hear there and here and may they are not attentive so I always try my best to guide people about a real herb  and its merits and demerits.Always don't listen to a single dietition  or trainer.Donit listen to a single.

When someone wants to lose weight it is  advise to take green tea before breakfast  in the  noon and at night.We just green tea as a weight loser but it has many benefits which we ignore or mostly don't know !

What are its benefits and whats are its demerits and what demerits if excess use.If we want to consumes how much quantity can we take?? Which time is best for taking green tea  and how to make green tea??

First of all we will use benefits of green tea.

1- There is antioxidants in green tea which improve our immune system and also improve metabolism which cause weight lose efficiency .It also save from heart disease.It removes toxins  from body.

2- It also reverse the diabetes.

3- It controls the blood pressure and also good for liver  and kidney .

4- Some antioxidants are present in green tea which stop  the exceed  of some kind of cancer.But it is not better for every type of cancer. 

Now discuss its demerits.

1- Green tea has  many benefits so we use it .But excess of everything is bad .When we  consume it in large quantity it brings  negative effect instead of positive effect..

2-Exceed of green tea upset our stomach. 

3Most calcium from body  flew away  in urines.

4- Body has great lake of iron.

 Quientity 

People who have O positive and negative blood group  can take  2 to three cup.

People who have  A and B  positive  and negative blood groups can take 4 to 5 cups in a day..

Recipe of green tea 

Take 2 cup of water and boil it for 5 minutes . Now take 1/4 tbsp of green tea and put into boiled water and  cover the kettle for 3 minutes and close the stove .After 3 minutes open the cover and stir the green tea into cup .Take one tbsp of lemon and put into. Hot tea and mix well. It is a fat cutter also watch your stomachs and bright your skin.

Which time is good for taking green tea.

Don't take green tea before breakfast because it causes constipation and stomach pain.You can take it  between two meals.It will control your  hunger.

You can also take green tea with nets and taking with nets will  fast your blood circulation  and blood  will go fastly in brain and you will be fresh for whole day.

You can take green tea with fruits 

It's effect is hot and dry so never take it with empty stomach.
